    NOT RECOMMEND
    I'm a real fatcow customer and considering to move away from them after 3 months. My website has been hacked 4 times during 3 months. Their technical support never deeply investigate their server security but simply think it's caused by myself. As I talked with them for refund, they will charge me for the free domain name and setup fee. It's a terrible web host.

    Their online support is straight forward and helpful. They helped me to get start on their online website builder so that I can have my website live in only a week. I don't have much knowledge on HTML and no experience with web hosting before. It's appreciated, FatCow!

    The main complaint about FatCow is their email service and FTP. Especially the email service is really bad from my perspective. The SMPT server has constant issues that I have talked to their support people for 5 times at least but there is still no improvement. The FTP speed is not stable especially in business hours. The uploading speed is under 30k/s. Frankly, their hosting environment is reliable. If you don't rely on email service and don't care of FTP speed, FatCow may be a good choice.

    As a beginning on managing my own website, I selected FatCow because I had read a lot positive customer reviews that recommend their customer service. I was quite sure that I need help because of lack of experience. In the first 2 weeks after the transaction, I used both live chat and phone call to contact their customer support team. They response me very quick and the feedback was supportive as I worked toward getting my website out of issues. I'd to highly recommend them, especially to someone who is lack of experience.

    At the beginning of this year, I selected FatCow based on its competitive price and rich features. I was happy with how easy the whole order and setup process was, and even more surprised at their customer service. They are fantastic on hosting. I've been the live chat 3 times with their people.     I've hosted my websites with them for a long time. They are great. The host are reliable. I only have had 1 service downtime in past 2 years and rarely contact their customer support team. As a wordpress developer, I worked with many hosting provider. So far, FatCow is heads above others. I'd like to highly recommend them to every my clients.

    The control panel of FatCow is very easy to use. They're really friendly place to host a website. The reliability is great. I never got any downtime in past 9 months, at least I am not conscious of the service down.
