    These guys are doing the work in a very professional manner. The phone operator could not understand my issue and asked me to create a ticket instead. Originally, I didn't have a good expectation for the resolution via the offline support, but they responded my ticket in 15 minutes and got my problem resolved in 2 hours. Highly recommend their service.

    The customer support is great but the control panel is not simple. What I only need is an account with password that I can start my personal blog. However, eventually you helped me find the place to get start.

    As a one year customer, I'm happy with the shared hosting service received overall, but it's a little frustrated to wait for 8 minutes to get a real person for live help yesterday. This was my second time asking for help, much slower than my first experience. Hopefully HostMonster can get back soon.

    When I was asked to renew hostgator for 10$ for a month, I chose to transfer all my sites to HostMonster although there was some complaints with them. Actually, Hostmonster should be the same excellent web host as HostGator. The server responds fast and the customer service is very friendly - especially in the help to me for moving the sites. I recommended them - hostmonster is budget but won't make you dissatisfied.

    I have used HostMonster for 2 and half a year now. I like it very much for the easy to use features. The fantastic deluxe from cPanel is great for start-ups. Unlike other hosts I have used have made the domain management very difficult, the site transfer and database up or download on HostMonster are incredibly easy and always available. Plus the timely service, I can’t be happier with HostMonster hosting service.

    Hosted with HostMonster for 2 years, I have received many of the features I had expect from a quality host ever, unlimited space, widely used cPanel, support multiple language, etc. Besides, the price is more affordable than I want. I had asked some questions ever, and the support staff answered fast and solved effectively. However, I have never met anything serious, like database outages or downtimes. It is worthy of trusted and highly recommend it based on this.
