    In Motion should be more transparent about the fact that back-ups last only 7 days. I learned with my call to Customer Support that if you lose emails and don't report it immediately, InMotion cannot recover your mail.

    Also, you are biasing survey results by putting Review stats at the top of the page. it is also against best practices in market research to pre-set ratings to "excellent" as in the rating chart above. The user needs to decide the rating without prompting.

    Fast, informative responses. Highly knowledgeable tech support people. I've been having a lot of trouble with hackers, but think the situation is finally under control. I really appreciate the time the tech guys have taken to help me with everything, even when it's not really their responsibility to do all the research they've done to help me.

    The Customer Service guys are really great. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get through to them. They always have the answers to my questions and on occasion they will make suggestions based on what I'm trying to do. I believe that they have a 90 day money back offer on the business packages, so how can you go wrong.

    Everything is great with in-motion. BUT and this is a big BUT... the wait time is far too long! sometimes 10-15 minutes. The service is great though once on the phone. Please try and improve the response time. Thank you!
