    My guy was very helpful, esp since i am a total newbie! I was disappointed when I learned that "unlimited hosting" did not mean free registration for other urls! As I said, I am new at this and researched several sites and thought I had found the least expensive with the most features - alas, no - and that has nothing to do with the service I received. It was great!

    Site went down for about 30 minutes. Didn't receive any email notifications about the problem until after it was fixed by the support team. Except this unknown downtime, everything looks good so far.

    Everything looks awesome now, but HUB doesn't support Paypal. I had to proceed the order via credit cards, and be careful when the term will be closed to the end - as they declaim that they charge $8.95/mo for the renewal automatically until a cancellation request received.

    I recently changed checking accounts and forgot to update my payment information to Web Hosting Hub. The result was that my hosting service expired. When I tried to go to my website there was a message that if I was the owner of the account I needed to contact support. Still not knowing what the problem was, I called tech support. With very little hold time, the support team member had my payment processed, my information updated, and everything working again within minutes. He remained on the phone until I had verified that my email and domain were operational again. I can't imagine getting a better support response that what I experienced with Web Hosting Hub.
